Blossom Innocent

Team leader Blossom has been a registered nurse since 1983. She is registered in six countries and also has a diploma in theatre nursing specialties, nursing administration, disaster nursing and policy writing for healthcare delivery systems.

Blossom prides herself on her leadership roles in which she has worked in a wide range of integrated healthcare systems where nursing is held clinically and physically accountable for health status and outcomes.

Her love of new challenges has brought her to Oral Surgery Associates where she will put her keen sense of humor to good use. Her employers trust her and patient satisfaction is her goal. Her many years as a nurse empowers her to manage her patients with enthusiasm and honesty.

Natasha Rous

Natasha, Or Tasha as we like to call her, has been in the dental industry for more than 10 years. She has worked as a dental assistant in some well-known dental surgeries across Auckland. Her repore with her patients is unmatched and she constantly provides the best possible care for each of them. Tasha knows that for many people visiting a dentist can be an un-easy experience and feels that her calming nature and ability to put people at ease is an asset to Oral Surgery Associates.

Noreen Javier

Noreen is the globe-trotter of the team. Originally from the Philippines, Noreen is a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a certified Orthodontist. She has travelled abroad and worked as a dental hygienist and oral surgical assistant for 10 years in a variety of exciting locations. She has worked from royal clinics to private practices here in Auckland.

Noreen is committed to high standards of patient care. She loves working in the fascinating and ever-changing world of dentistry and will continue to further her skills while working at Oral Surgery Associates.
