Patients with insurance:

  • Please contact your insurance company to clarify your policy cover, claim process and obtained "prior approval". We will give you all necessary quotations and information at the time of your consultation.
  • Please note that submitting the claim for payment is entirely the responsibility of the patient.
  • Any late, non-payment or part-payment by your health insurance of your hospitals/surgery costs is the patient's full responsibility.

Patients without insurance prior approval or overseas patients:

  • Are required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total estimated cost at least two days prior to their surgery and the balance is to be paid at your follow-up appointment unless alternative arrangements had been made with the Practice Coordinator .

ACC patients:

  • Please note that ACC covers the full cost of an assessment but part payment is often required for x-rays and sometimes required for surgery.
